Make a first deployment, which will collect Spark History and Menas data from one of our clusters and make monitoring available for sharing with other users.

-Prepare deployment documentation

Get access to environment (e.g. VM)
Get access to needed services: Menas credentials, Elasticsearch & Kibana, Spark History

Authentication to the deployment server being looked into, awaiting feedback for the Linux team.
