Java Runtime 17 error #3

Trying to use the Painting manager program and it's not seeing my Java install. I'm running java v8 update 371.

hI, It's a little late but have you tried the latest update? is this still an issue ? the ppm requires java 17. are you using java 8 ? I concluded that from the v8 in your original description
