Cannot connect to localhost:4200

Describe the bug

The iPhone and the PC are paired, but I am unable to access my phone.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch xenon server on Windows 10 PC.
2. Log states that the server is succesfully started, and is connected to the device at a certain IP (version 1.1.1)
3. No mount point appears in Explorer, manually adding a drive at http://localhost:4200 fails, as does trying to navigate to that via a browser

Expected behavior

Ability to access the phone via http://localhost:4200
