This PR adds/updates some SEO tags, mainly new meta values, updated twitter cards, and some basic json-ld for the home page.
SEO still needs to be evaluated for articles and individual pages, but this sets the groundwork.
This PR also changes some file naming conventions for partial templates, and removes unused files from the directory tree.
