Setup Forestry logins for writers #65

Based on the info on collaborators, up to 3 people can be added as admin, developer, or editor. If more are needed, the Starter Plan is $29/mo for 5 users, and $9/user after that.

To best leverage those three spots, we could set them up to point to unmuteable.com emails, then distribute and rotate the usernames/passwords to potential writers, allowing for 3 active at a time.

This should work alongside #26 and #40 for creating an easy way to reference authors via the front matter versus the logged in account.
