Move Daemon queriers to cw types

[Kayanski]

This PR aims moving the Daemon querier response types to cw types instead of cosmrs types.

• Bank has been moved completely
• Wasm has been moved completely
• Staking has been moved partially (up to the extent of cosmwasm-std 1.5)
