cannot register #38

I tried to register, it seemed successful (nothing happened). However I cannot log in.

Same - tried FF, Chrome, and Safari. I get a "registration success" message and am then taken back to a screen where I need to login again.

i'm also facing the same issue, it keeps on redirecting me to sign in/sign up form
