Issue Description: The first waterfall in the love room is overhanging

Version: Whitebox V3.0
Reproduce the steps: Step 1 Arrive at the room Step 2 Reach the first waterfall
Expected Behavior: The water from the waterfall laps on the surface of the water and creates a white mist.
Actual Behavior: The water stream is not in contact with the water surface.
