Crash when using launcher shortcut to deleted card #30

Steps to reproduce:

Make a shortcut to a certain card A
Delete card A from the app
Click the shortcut --> App crashes because A does not longer exist

This issue has been fixed for Android 8.0 devices and vanilla launcher, but on older versions of Android and when using a custom launcher like Nova, the issue might still persist. Dynamic shortcuts should also get updated immediately after deleting a card.
