The app is great and I like the fact that it's an open source one with a small memory footprint.
However, I think it's lacking a main functionality that I see in other apps of the same category.
It will be useful if the backlight can be increased or forced to a settable value when the selected loyalty card is shown on screen.
This will improve the barcode readability when the phone is presented to the scanner.
As soon as we come back to the list of cards or exit the app, the backlight should retrieve its previous setting (automatic or manually set before the forced applied value).
I know the app hasn't been updated since a while, so I'm just opening this improvement request for anybody having the programming skills to make it better as it's a very good alternatives to many other ones requiring abusive rights and informations.
