Empty pages means rolling eyes, or heavy sighs... sometimes both... #133

... of course I am referring to visiting a page that has no content in it, causing a person to go back... and wonder to himself... "I wonder if this one has anything or am I wasting my precious time checking".

On the Peer-Review page, there is a list as large as the number of course enrollees, whether they have work to be peer-reviewed or NOT. But that's not the issue, the issue is however the fact that even if they do not have any assignments awaiting peer review, you can still enter their submitted assignments page and find nothing in it.

I suggest, we disable the "View" button if there is nothing there, plus for a good measure, a * (star) icon with a number next to the "View" button which appears to indicate the number of new and un-reviewed or at least unread assignments by the user.

Right now with only 4 people enrolled that's not a big issue... but when we get over 100 students... imagine the clicks, and back button clicks they will need to do until they find one to review, assuming they will still want to find one to review.
