I would like to add a new resource and rating and Reviewing
Scenario: The SC adds a new resource
Given: The SC is already logged into CoduraWise
When: They click in the Add Resource button
Then: The Add Resource form is displayed
And: They fill the Add Resource form with valid data
And: They click in the submit button
And: The Resource detail page is displayed with the added data
