In my opinion, JPEG XL is currently by far the most advanced data format for raster graphics.

We would like to establish it in our software as an option and later as the standard data format for our images. Especially valuable for us are the possibilities in terms of meta data and additional data channels.

The Software support for the format is growing all the time.
