Toggle Session Manager and Toggle Annotation Tools not working while click these options.

Hello @digiaura-git, FYI: Both the annotation and the session_manager buttons are working normally on my end. I also tried on a Windows 10 system to be sure. I really wonder what is causing this issue on your end. Please let us know if you figure it out.
