@dankohn PR is here: https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/aswf-landscape/pull/19 for all but Ptex - that one is taking me awhile so I will add another PR with it soon

Fixed with a58741924227e006bf75c53c9deef8ee9dbd590f
