Various fixes:

Remove manual blosc 1.17 install
Final round of C++20 fixes (volatile/deprecated-copy)
Bump weekly CI to clang14 (now that AX supports it)
Zip coverage function index html file which is now over 100mb
Improved build/dependency documentation
