From Karura to Kusama crosschain #4

Good afternoon;

I haven’t recieved my transfer from Karura/Kusama crosschain to my wallet. On subscan shows balance on my wallet, but not on my real walet. What can I do?

Btw: no history of transactions are available on my walet.

your token is safe since you can see the balance on subscan. The app may not reflash the data due to network connection broke, you can close & reopen the app.

I tried to cross chain from Karura to Kusama but I think I screw up.

How I think I messed up was that I put my crypto.com address when I cross-chain the currency. This was my mistake… I’m new at this! Sorry.

You should ask Crypto.com for help since they have the KSM token balance on their address DTwm2cZ7H29rujrUER6YoDVqJHX8iD8KVAu8vn6utP4w97Z.

I did… but since I have no Txh ID, they can’t help me… and it is not reflected in my wallet. There is no history of transfers anywhere in my wallet… not even for my .007 KSM to crypto.com wallet.

How can I back track this transaction?

I think I have explained it clearly above. It's up to you to fully understand what happend and explain it to crypto.com: The trasaction to the plublicKey of address DTwm2cZ7H29rujrUER6YoDVqJHX8iD8KVAu8vn6utP4w97Z and the address transform tool of subscan.io.
