ceph-k8s tool improvements #5

A few things that need improvement in the ceph-k8s script:

[ ] Refactor code into subcommands (eg. ceph-k8s mons create, ceph-k8s osds get
[ ] Deleting/Scaling mons/osds
[ ] Labelling nodes
[ ] Updating config (config secret and injecting)
[ ] Debugging commands (osd tree)
[ ] Adding/taking out specific node disks

@hunter should we move ceph-k8s to the medusa repo?

My idea is that the medusa repo would be the one that provisions a deployer box and then puts the script and resources to it. Or maybe a repo of it's own?

Feel free to copy it across. Probably useful to maintain the script in ceph-docker too if/when we contribute upstream
