Russian translation #14

Might need testing, but the harbour-shellex package does not include .qm files.

Hi, thanks for the translation.

It works fine, but there are some problems with the text lengths in the layout (see the attached screenshot). Is there any way you could make these UI texts shorter? translation_ru

This is why translations should be tested :) . I shortened the long string in the attached file. It makes it a bit vague, though (cmp. "Run date" instead of "Last run date").
harbour-shellex-ru.ts.gz This file can be used as-is and is also available as commit-2 in the translation fork.

There is a second fat bug in the screenshot. It is wrong to append 's' to produce plural forms in other languages. It spoils otherwise OK strings in the screenshot. TS format has the tag to translate singular, plural and pauscal separately. See: harbour-shellex-ru.ts_numerusform.gz This file provides proper three number forms for "year, month, day, hour, minute" via the tag. There is no uniform ending that would make plural of all these words in Russian. Each follows a different morphological pattern. In addition "1 x", "2/3/4 x" and "many x" take different endings as well.

Could you, please, release the translation in the public package? The second commit is OK to use, as it resolves the bugs in the screenshot.
