Easy to press "Clear Logs" rather then "Send Logs" #11

this got me when I was trying to test AccelerateNetworks/an-mobile-ios#4, here is what the UI look like signal-2022-05-30-114757 @danry25, do you think we should change anything here, I can definitely see customers accidentally pressing the clear logs instead I could do the following

Move the button to somewhere else
Make a pop-up saying "Are you sure you want to clear logs?"
Remove the button entirely

Just noticed Android has this issue as well...
