We need iPhone users devices auto update the config for updates to config.

Things to note

transient_provisioning must be 0 if you want to fetch remote config on every start
Might need to remove the line linphone_core_set_provisioning_uri(LC,NULL); possibly from https://gitlab.linphone.org/BC/public/linphone-iphone/-/blob/master/Classes/AssistantView.m#L861

This was fixed in b869f9c, will be pushed out for 5.0.1/5.0.0.1 release
