[BUG] Text entry area can exceed 160 characters in certain scenarios #48

I noticed with Gboard on Firefox Android, if I use speech to text it will go right past the 160 character limit. I think pasting into the text input area will also go right past this limit until you type something normally into this field.

Can we investigate how to enforce this limit in these scenarios?

We need to develop additional validation for the SendBox component. Probably going to modify SendBox's send function
