[FEATURE] Permit texting with shortcodes #65

WebTexting users should be able to reply to shortcodes and start conversations with shortcodes. Could we change the regex restricting this to permit 5 and 6 digit numbers?

The message shows as sent in the UI, but it does not actually send, and if you reload the webpage the message disappears from the WebUI. Screenshot_20240905-075052
