Add robotics assignments #1-3 #94

No need to worry about it until next week, but @linx5o pointed out that these ones are missing. My bad for not catching/mentioning sooner - I had only put some drafts of the tutorials for these up, not any assignments.

I have these links added to my local repo, thinking pr them together when the 3.1-3.3 assignments go live.

The orientation course is not present on quercus.

The links have not been added to the site. I can create a pull request if needed.

UPDATE: I had a couple things to do so I ended up fixing the links as well. Could you double check it for me @linx5o ?

I have also added links for assignments 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, in pull request. #113
