Hi @kiranvad, thanks for these contributions! Great work on the shape retro synthesis paper. Does this one involve any human intervention within or between iterations? I noticed an Opentrons was used for synthesis, but I wasn't sure if the characterization is something that was included in that loop. Even if there is intervention, I still want to be able to highlight mostly or partially autonomous labs, in which case I'll need to think a bit about how to adjust the organization and/or formatting.

Hi @sgbaird, the only human intervention is in making the stock solutions (of the same concentrations) and transferring the well plates between the plate reader and Opentrons. So yes, characterization is included in the loop.
