I am not a java programmer, but know C++ pretty well and needed to be able to handle password-protected *accdb files on a Mac, so I had a go at incorporating Jackess Encrypt into access2csv. Along the way I also

switched to more recent versions of some of the underlying libraries
changed the program's default behaviour so that one gets headers when exporting a single named table

I had left some local data in my repository and so wiped everything out and filed a new pull request
