Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists. fatal: clone of 'git@github.com:Accelergy-Project/accelergy-timeloop-infrastructure.git' into submodule path '/home/yaw038/micro22-sparseloop-artifact/docker/accelergy-timeloop-infrastructure' failed Failed to clone 'docker/accelergy-timeloop-infrastructure' a second time, aborting

Do you have the public ssh key added to your GitHub account? This error can happen when cloning with git@github.com if GitHub does not recognize your public key.

I don't think I have it, I usually just cone the file. Other question, can it run on the M1 chip?

So there are two options.

You can use our docker container so that you do not need to build from the source: to do that, simply clone the repo without recursion using the https://github.com address : git clone https://github.com/Accelergy-Project/micro22-sparseloop-artifact.git and follow step0, step1.option1, and step 2 in our readme
You can add a ssh key this way: https://docs.github.com/en/authentication/connecting-to-github-with-ssh/adding-a-new-ssh-key-to-your-github-account

We have not tested the setup on M1 --- there might be some compatibility issues with ARM. But the setup is tested on linux, windows, and older MAC.

I have test the first method the interesting thing is that there is no files in accelergy-timeloop-infrastructure folder

That is expected, since we did not clone recursively. You do not need that source folder for option 1.
