ILocalConfigureInfo 编译时找到相应的类？

应该是在Accelerider.Windows.Modules.NetDisk里发生的吧？这个dll编不过的，因为这里面的代码一部分是从旧版客户端copy过来的，而新版客户端，我换了接口，还没重构好。
