Environment deployment dashboard for Jenkins #13

This functionality should be replicated in Hygieia https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Environment+dashboard+plugin

Possibly via and enhancement to the above to support Hygieia as the data source (via a collector) as opposed to the default local DB the plugin uses.

It would be nice to think the plugin still works standalone and still supports the Jenkins native view, but also slots nicely into Hygieia.

I believe hygieia-jenkins-plugin is fit for this purpose.
