Include the custom Library #55

We have included a new JOB Setup_Custom_Cartridge_Library in this PR which would help us consume the Library here -> https://github.com/Accenture/adop-dsl-custom-cartridge-properties we need to include the cartridgeProperties.getProperty in our cartridges to make use of above. See example here : https://github.com/RobertNorthard/adop-cartridge-skeleton
