Updated to support:
Implemented function service providers
Implemented function service consumers
Implemented binding of SIF objects (e.g. jobs) to a specific consumer (curruntly only supported in functional services)
Implemented support for multiple enviroment templates
Generated SIF UK 2.0 data model and incorporated into UK demo
Generated SIF 3.2 Infrastructure model and incorporated in UK/US/AU demos
