IEP: Sufficient GPA Coverage #135

This issue was brought to me by Steve Smith.

I see only cumulative weighted GPA and term GPA. Other types of GPA might be good (e.g., unweighted, core-only)

In separate conversation, Steve referenced the IEP. The GPA items he mentions are included in the IEP as a consequence of the inclusion of the xStudent object. They are mentioned in the academic summary. Consequently, adding GPA calculations is out of scope.

As such, I have removed the 3.5 milestone designator from this issue so it can be considered in the future.
