Assessment @refID CEDS Mapping #29

@refID on the Assessment sheet is mapped to CEDS element 000364 which is Classroom Identifier. I think it was meant to be mapped to CEDS element 000367 which is Assessment Subtest Identifier. - Kim Jones

My first take is that we have Assessment Subtests, so we shouldn’t map these refIDs to those.  I believe this would be the best mapping.   https://ceds.ed.gov/element/001067
