Alert dialog "Failed!6" occurs from time to time while navigating #31

From time to time during navigation, the following alert dialog occurs, always 2 times in a row, so I have to click "OK" two times.

I can't really reproduce it, the pattern seems a bit random

At which moment exactly do you see these alert boxes ? Before leaving a page, or right after loading ?

Are they true alert boxes (window.alert function), or div-based dialog boxes created by the application (function DialogBox or MessageBox in editor-global.js) ?

IN the meantime I will add an identification number after the word "failed" so that I can know from where they come.
