If you use the remove column button above the table, it's always the last column that gets removed.
This doesn't work for me in Chrome/OSX. And, interestingly, I can't open http://epubeditor-dev.access4all.ch/editor/josh-test/sv_editor/EPUB/xhtml/my-evaluation-quiz.xhtml in Firefox: it always redirects to http://epubeditor-dev.access4all.ch/editor/josh-test/sv_editor/EPUB/xhtml/my-regular-document.xhtml! No idea, why this happens.
Also, the spine looks different in Chrome and FF.
Chrome:
FF:
Strange. Tehre is no redirection with firefox windows.
By the way, I tried to add a column and then to remove it again and it worked fine.
I should add a precision. You cannot remove a column if there are only 2 columns. Having a single column doesn't make sens (I think it's obvious why) and I do this so that we are never in a non-sens state.
The spine bug will be solved in the next commit coming this late morning or early afternoon. In fact, it's because you had the same book opened on the same time both in firefox and chrome. There were some synchronization problems I have just solved now.
Clicking on "Remove column" doesn't do a thing.
Also you should think about: what happens, when focus isn't in a column? Should the button then be greyed out?
