can one change the page title ex post?
Personally, I don't really understand the question. Should I do so that the first heading of the page is automatically the page title and vice versa when modified ?
003: From the user's point of view and logic (at least I would expect), the first content title (after the TITLE) should better be header 1 by default, not header 2 (I can still manually change it if I see a need for doing so).
After a first discussion, this is a complex debate. I chose to put H2 because from my point of view, H1 should be the book's general title.
However, it is true, the risk of putting H2 automatically, is that the user will never put a global book title as H1, and thus form an invalid global heading structure at the end.
