Explain timelessness of information and remove misleading timestamps #370

Discussed today at the hackathon

Each page contains a date. Some of these dates are quite outdated like https://www.accessibility-developer-guide.com/introduction/ Today: "Last update: June 6, 2018" - that's more than 3 years ago.

Potential users won't know if this is still up-to-date or not and fear it's outdated.

I would propose to even remove the dates per page and add it on specific pages where such a reference is important. At least make it a non-emphasized footnote. (Currently "Last update" is emphasized.)

The code examples are known to be less timeless and also currently need updates.

Maybe the fact about timelessness should be stated in the intro. In the contribute area, we could mention the focus threads where maybe things are outdated.

Reference: Wikimedia sometimes puts messages on pages where they know they need update or accuracy is limited.

And also to make it clear that the project is not dead / outdated, we should make recent activities visible. Or name people who are currently responsible and active to review the evolution of technology and track where the guide needs update.

Maybe publishing a project plan of current focus topics of the active contributors.
