Replace sexist code examples #378

How about we update this content y'all. A11y is all about inclusiveness, but this content is quite the opposite of that.

Being the creator of these examples (and actually practically all examples that exist so far), I'd like to apologise for this sexist faux pas. It's quite a few years ago since I wrote them, and back them I wasn't very sensitive to the topic.
