Update of the FocusHighlight section #379

I noticed that the add-on "Focus Highlight" for NCDA is still recommended, although it has been replaced in new versions of NVDA by NVDA's own Fearure and is no longer compatible with new versions.

@petra1, should the link point to https://github.com/nvdajp/focusHighlight instead? This looks like the new home of the plugin and the latest versions seem to be compatible with new NVDA versions: https://github.com/nvdajp/focusHighlight#changes-for-65

That's a good point, @petra1! We should remove this part completely, it's not necessary anymore.
