New version for the WCAG translated to Dutch. Can this be published?
In order to activate this new index.html it seems like the symlink here: https://github.com/AccessibilityNL/WCAG21-NL/blob/master/translations/WCAG21-nl/index.html needs to be updated to the new file, which is in the folder that is pushed in this PR
