[FEATURE] Add a shoot button to the game #8

The new shooting mechanic works as follows:

  1. The player's hand enters the screen.
  2. The player signs
  3. The shoot button (which is over the cannon) will light up, indicating a sign was recognized.
  4. The player presses shoot, and the ball shoots and the button is grayed out until the hand comes back into frame.
