Optimise all images #49

Losslessly optimise all the images (and slick.svg font) in the repo with ImageOptim

Thought I would provide some justification for these changes. Optimised images reduce the amount of data users have to download, increasing site speed and hence making the images more accessible. ajax-loader.gif and slick.svg would ideally be optimised in the original Slick Slider repo, however that repo hasn't been updated in 2 and a half years.
