Replacements #21

Books sometimes do things like sensor swearing or don't and we may want to replace words. It would be nice if this feature was added.

Sounds interesting. I don't see as if there would be too many problems with that, and as if it is hard to implement as there already is similar feature - updating book's text (updates text of the book from file, if it changed).
