Source code placement for Building Codes and Regulations API #9

Hi, do we have any dedicated place to publish source code of APIs? if not - let's introduce it. For Building Codes and Regulations API I can re-use https://github.com/Accord-Project/API-Development/tree/main/BuildingCodesAndRules, but what about other APIs?

So I will produce an implementation of BuildingCodes and Rules which I will create a repository for. I will also produce a template implementation of the Results API in python. This will go in this repository I think as it is template
