Change "table" used for ConceptScheme to "nomenclature" #23

All nomenclatures defined by Maxime name ConceptSchemes by the word "Table" (this is only an example in one of the files; it pertains both to class name and comment). I understand this means "lookup table", but the word "table" is ambiguous and we have a whole module "table" that is about tables in documents. So I propose to change this word to "Nomenclature"
