Evidence as a class #46

aec3po:Evidence is defined as a subclass of aec3po:Statement. it looks more like a role (a statement is an evidence as soon as it is the object of property aec3po:hasEvidence for some statement).

I suggest we delete the class and only keep the object property.

aec3po:Evidence should not be a subclass of aec3po:Statement, I need to fix that.

Evidence is the proof you show to demonstrate that you shall pass the permitting stage i.e. a report signed by an expert, a certificate etc.

It can be many things and in various formats based on country and local authority.

The aec3po: conformance report can also be an evidence
