The definition of this class is still a bit fuzzy,

The modeling shall depend on what we actually need to tag in the regulation documents.

Could you express the requirements here ?

BooleanCheckStatement has been added to satisfy the type of check that verifies the existence or not of an element related to a feature of interest. For example, in the Finnish Use Case 3 - CO2 Emission, we have the following statement "The climate report shall contain at least the following information: 1-permanent building identification number ; 2- use category or use categories of the building; 3- rea of the building site, etc." So, here, the requirements of the climate report have been identified as BooleanCheckStatement that take the value "True" or "false".
