hasContext #62

Hi,

hasContext seems to have dissapeared from the JSONLD context

If it's not in one of the ontology modules, then it's not in the JSON-LD context.

It used to be there I think someone has commented it out.

hasContext has been moved to the _feature_ofinterest module. An example of it has been now provided in https://github.com/Accord-Project/aec3po/commit/d0fccdae630dc22edd09ef2077c61bc5d1739dbd
