Incorrect Domain hasTarget #76

The domain of the hasTarget property should be widened to also refer to another ACCORDCheckMethod

This has been fulfilled in d4d19fd

However, does hasTarget only refer to ACCORDCheckMethod or could it also refer to any other Check Methods? If this is the case, the domain can be widened to CheckMethod in general as a super class.
