Quest steps:
- Talk with Sleipnir.
- Talk with Baugi.
- Get a clue from Captain Hinden to find the Quartz Lens.
- Find the treasure chest and obtain Quartz Lens.
- Quartz Lens found! Install the lens in the Anair Lighthouse Light Source. <<< 
BUG **
- Report the result to Sleipnir.

You need to go to the 2 treasure chests to get the Quartz Lens, then it works. 
If you just //add the item to your inventory the quest won't complete.
